recently refurbished and well-appointed units on the balcony outside, truly enjoyed it. perfectly comfortable and magnificent location in ok area was a plus.

Spotless unit in outstanding condition.

Manny, the general manager, was especially helpful with local transportation suggestions. Romm was clean and comfortable, and the locatiion is just a few blocks to UC Berkeley campus.

Booked.net indicated a continental breakfast, but there was none. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind.

We got 1 night in this well-run and quiet little hotel, appreciated it. The venue's staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. The location was peaceful and decent, near both public transport and the UC theater. Apart from that, National Show Center was 5 minutes' drive away.

Basic simple accommodations, quiet, convenient, staff polite and helpful

No exhaust fan in bathroom, no computer.

The staff were all affable, and the room was spotless for double queen beds❤😀

It offers good and convenient location really close to different restaurants as well as center of campus. There's cool K's Coffee House a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Convenient, economical - friendly staff. Just what I needed for my stay in Berkeley. Location is very good. It is easy to get to by car and within easy walking distance of the Berkeley campus and other locations, including BART.

I extent my stay after booking only for the first night. The value for money is excellent, why should I move to another hotel?

leaky toilet, and broken vanity needed repair. wall is thin and can hear people talking next door and from level below. tv remote is low on battery and can change volume or turn on or off the tv. Room is dark and does not have enough sun light.

Old decor, bathrooms must be remodled, sinks need to be outside the bathroom.

We choose Berkely because we did not have sufficient information on where to stay in Frisco. It was a good occasion to visit this lovely city. The position was perfect to join Frisco using the Metropolitan Train in just 20-30 min. There is a food market just cross the street where you can find good quality food. A large choice of restaurants for the evening in the neighborhood.

The rooms should ben renovated, forget about the breakfas, they just offer some juice and a slice of cake in the narrow lobby of the hotel, the you have to bring everythin in your room. Much better buying milk and whatever and using the facilities in the room. So they should not claim that Breakfast is included in the fare!!!

the staff was nice but for the small room to expensive, should have had a contiental breakfast, I think my booking paper said that but none to be found, rooms were very quiet though for being by the street

The room was clean and updated, with a beautiful bathroom. The large TV was a nice touch!

Not much. The bed was comfortable.

The whole atmosphere of the place was not great. The moment I entered my room and closed the door I was greeted by a sign on the door that said that certain chemicals used in the room were known to be responsible for cancer in animals. That set the tone my 2 day stay. The room was clean enough but the lighting was terrible - so dark and not a place I would want to spend time. Outside the door there was staining from floods of water. The location was not great either - being a good mile from ucb campus. The price was very high at over $100 and they breakfast was miserable. I would not stay there again.
